This might lead to disciplinary action being enforced Lost or stolen cards will be reported to the EBM department and they will forward the necessary documentation to the Styldrift T&A for new clock cards If an employee / contractor cannot clock due to some reason he must complete the Clock Card Error Register. The T&A Operator must be informed to be able to complete the Visitors Register and the Manual clocking register. If the employee clocked in the Clock Card Error Register, he must clock out in the mentioned register and he / she must sign next to his / her clocking. When an employee is paraded / rejected / not allowed, the employee will call the T&A Operator to confirm whether the person is still an employee of Styldrift / establish who paraded the person / whether the sequence number is wrong. Security personnel will inform the person who paraded the employee that he is waiting at the guardhouse Light Motor Vehicle passengers are not required to get out of vehicle for alcohol testing when entering the mine premises. Arrangements must be made, prior to the visit, with the relevant Security Officer at the Main Gate, and a name list must be provided, of expected Visitors that require appointments for the day No visitor will be on site without prior arrangement and completion of the attached visitors register at the entrance point.
